White miso made from domestically-grown rice and Miyagi-shirome soybeans. By balancing koji and miso at the ratio of 21:10, this miso has a pleasant fragrance of koji. Soft and mild flavour. Often used for zouni in the western Japan. "Ashiya-sodachi" chose domestically-grown ingredients only. Rice, soybeans and salt used for this miso are all from Japan.
